Contractual Disputes
Contractual disputes occur very often, even between the most well-meaning parties.
Disputes can arise from something as simple as an ambiguity in the use of language in a contract or a simple misunderstanding by one or both of the parties.
Disputes may take many forms, from;
- A dispute over a property agreement to buy, sell or lease a property
- A dispute over services that were contracted to be performed
- A dispute over goods that were supplied or due to be supplied or the nature of those goods supplied
Proper analysis of the Parties’ respective positions at an early point and consideration of the terms of any contract are vital if litigation is to be avoided and cost minimised
