Mckays Solicitors Ltd is a niche litigation practice operating from Grade II listed Georgian Townhouse in Liverpool City Centre. The office may be Georgian but our facilities are 21st Century.

We specialise in Personal Injury Claims, Road Traffic Accidents and Commercial Litigation only. We do not undertake any other types of legal work.

We will not “do your divorce”, “convey your house” or “write your will”. By specialising in particular disciplines we are able to focus our staff, training and resources to ensure that the service we offer is practical, cost–effective and relevant.

We are relaxed, informal and speak very plainly. The advice we offer is robust, honest and as direct as possible. This approach does not suit everybody and we can live with that. However, it works for us and our client base is very loyal and growing all the time.

We have invested heavily in IT and operate a state of the art integrated Case Management and Accounting system which is under continual review to ensure we remain at the forefront of technological development in our areas of expertise.
