We do not undertake any work for Defendant insurers, nor will we undertake work for Defendant insurers.

The majority of our Personal Injury work is referred to us either by existing clients or via recommendation from intermediaries

Commercial Litigation

Our commercial Litigation work is undertaken on behalf of Limited Companies, Entrepreneurs, Property and Development Companies, Insolvency Practitioners, Accountants and other commercial entities. Our clients range from sole traders and small partnerships to substantial SME’S and International conglomerates. Our work is generated solely by referral from existing clients, other law firms, Accountants and similar professional organisations. Our professional negligence work is undertaken on a Claimant only basis, against Solicitors, Accountants, Architects, Surveyors and other professionals.

The practice does not undertake legal aid work of any description but is always happy to discuss alternative methods of funding if appropriate.
